PROTECTING
Blue light exposure is bad news for the skin: it can not only weaken, irritate or discolour skin, but can also speed up the ageing process. Blueberry seed oil has been proven to act as a natural shield against blue light, helping to prevent damage, sagging and uneven texture.
NOURISHING
Blueberry seed oil is rich in oleic fatty acids which feed the skin with essential nourishment whilst helping to lock in moisture. Your skin feels smooth, soft and hydrated.
REPAIRING
Blueberry seed oil contains beta-carotene, which the body converts to pro-vitamin A. Pro-vitamin A helps to improve the condition and surface of skin, helping with hyperpigmentation and areas of weakened texture.
Our Boosters are like supplements for your skincare and can be added to existing products to enhance their performance.
HOW
Mix 2-3 drops into your serums, moisturisers or masks. Alternatively, apply directly to skin in any step after cleansing.
WHERE
Apply to face and neck.

Use day and night (if uses devices in the evening), daily.
We always recommend patch testing before use. Please note that Blueberry Booster serum does not protect against UV rays so we would always recommend wearing an SPF as well.

INGREDIENTS
We love upcycled ingredients at BYBI and use them in over 50% of the range. Our blueberry seed oil is an upcycled ingredient from the juicing industry. We use the blueberry seeds that are removed prior to juicing and would normally be discarded into landfill. They are thoroughly steralised and then cold pressed, to produce a high quality oil that’s an amazing skincare ingredient. Upcycling negates the need for a secondary supply chain to grow the fruit in order to access the seeds (at which point the pulp would be discarded), meaning there’s no doubling up and therefore dramatically reduced energy consumption.
MANUFACTURING
The oil is cold-pressed to order, so there’s no waste, and it’s a low carbon process too. Made in small batches at our lab powered entirely by green energy. Our manufacturing machinery is manual, meaning it doesn’t require any energy to make at all. Glass printed with biodegradable plant based ink that does not interfere with the recycling process.
PACKAGING
Carton, glass bottle and glass stem of pipette are all eligible for local recycling.
We recommend with all products and packaging to REDUCE the amount you use, REUSE what you can, and only then, make sure you RECYCLE.
Carton, glass bottle, glass stem of the pipette are 100% recyclable so can be disposed of in your domestic recycling. The rest of the pipette isn't recyclable in domestic recycling, but can be recycled if returned to TerraCycle.
1) Separate glass bottle, and pipette components
2) Rinse out all of the contents of the glass bottle and the glass stem and put in recycling bin
3) TerraCycle the rest of the pipette
