Vegan Glowing Skin Smoothie Recipe

Proper health starts on the inside, and it shows up on the outside, so here’s our vegan smoothie recipe which will help you get that lit-from-within glow. 


Avocado - full of healthy fats, the beloved avocado is rich in Vitamin E and Iron and is also known to hydrate your skin. 

*use half a medium avocado 

Pineapple - high in vitamin C, which aids collagen production giving our skin its firmness and strength. 

*use 6-7 chunks or a handful of pineapple 

Chia Seeds - small but mighty, these seeds are packed with omega-3 fatty acids to strengthen your skin, hair, and nails.

*one teaspoon 

Form Nutrition Vegan Superblend Protein, vanilla -  formulated with organic pea and hemp protein and a variation of antioxidants, this superfood blend fights fatigue, aids digestion and gives you a daily dose of vits. Plus, their packaging is 100% recyclable and compostable (win, win).
